The Failand Cottage Renovation Project
The Failand Cottage Project is a comprehensive renovation of a small cottage in Failand, Somerset. The project included the following work:
Chimney
The chimney was completely rebuilt, including the flue and the pot.
Roof
The roof was replaced with new tiles or slates, and the gutters and downpipes replaced.
Render
The exterior walls of the cottage was re-rendered with Lime render.
Windows
The windows will be replaced with new double-glazed units.
Kitchen
